(1) Brown's friend Dorian Johnson had claimed that Wilson "held him by the neck and shot him" but that sworn testimony was not supported by gunshot residue nor did frontal shooting support "shot in the back" with one top of head shot supporting the charging scenario. The "Hands Up" lie, fabrication and, bull jive that CNN and other Press Corpse members kept repeating thoroughly provoked numerous acts of violence including two nights of rioting at Berkley University in California. The Press Corpse forgot the forensic evidence and left out the facts to pump up controversy. (1) Never mind that people could get injured and DIE or property would be looted,burned, and masked trouble-makers would foment violence.(2) The National Bar Association apparently after "working on" several cases of adult beverages, petitioned the Missouri Department of Pub. Safety to revoke Darren Wilson’s police license (3) since Brown did not batter him "sufficiently" and might even have spared the officer's life after a bit of a beat-down. Were they a bit provoked when Officer Darren Wilson’s lawyer, Neil Bruntrager, stated that while being a police officer “is off the table forever,” Mr. Wilson was keeping his license in good standing as a “matter of pride,” as reported by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch? Another unarmed black, this time in New York City, Eric Garner, was killed after two or three officers, one who applied a choke-hold to the suspect who was resisting an arrest for unauthorized cigarette sales. As there was a video by another policeman, no charges were filed as the DEATH was accidental due to the suspect resisting arrest. Shirtless, he moved like he was playing football, tryong to get away. After grand juries opted not to indict the officers, protests erupted in several US localities, usually with chants of "Hands up, don't shoot" and "I can't breathe." In both cases, federal officials launched investigations, in the Ferguson case in spite of all the facts against "Hands Up" and most likely Brown was not running backwards. The video in the NYC case reveals several police struggling with a large man, resisting arrest. "Too big to taze" is like "too big to fail"? Would TWO tases have killed Garner faster than a choke-hold? Three tasers at once? Taser research has not reasoned HOW MUCH ZAP for large people. Tasers were used in other cases and police got hurt by "raging bulls". This case was about TAX. Would NYC TAX men have been MORE successful and MORE "gentle"?
